I myself have been struggling with infertility for quite a while now. I have bought all kinds of ‘getting pregnant’ guides. I have to tell you that none of them worked for me. I am a little bit skeptical about Lisa Olson’s Pregnancy Miracle as well. It seems like nowadays anybody and their mother can write whatever book they want, give it a fancy name and publish it whenever and wherever they want and charge it whatever they want because of the internet and this ‘ebook’ concept.

@ Melissa, I am 100% with you on this. I don’t believe this crap for one minute. All I can say is don’t believe in anything people other than your gynecologist says. Your gynecologist is the best person to help/treat your infertility and if he can’t do it, nobody can. After all, I don’t think everybody in this world is meant to get pregnant. That’s just how nature works and we have to accept that. Good luck trying out these ‘fake’ infertility treatment guides, whether it’s called pregnancy miracle or fertility miracle or whatever
@ Donna, There are certain things that I do agree with you and many things that I don’t agree with you. I agree with you on the fact that mother nature doesn’t want ‘everybody to get pregnant’. But then mother nature also doesn’t want everybody that is born in this world to live, that’s why there are things like hemophilia (people born with blood clotting deficiencies); sure these people are not meant to live so that their disease conditions don’t pass to the next generation. It’s easy for you and I to say it because you and I won’t die of it. But for a person that has hemophilia he/she can’t make up his/her mind to live. He/she and the family would want him/her to live as long as possible. But sure it’s against the will of mother nature. That’s the whole idea of ‘medicine’.
I also don’t agree with you on ‘your gynecologist knows everything’. Before the time of ‘western medicine’, there had been many other forms of rich indigenous types of medicine especially in the oriental world. Chinese/Eastern medicine is an ideal example. Just because something cannot be solved by western medicine you shouldn’t rule out the possibility of solving it by other means.
I also don’t agree with the statement that says, your gynecologist knows everything. There are so many things Science can’t explain. If Scientists knew everything they would have found a cure for cancer by now. But just like for infertility, there is no cure for cancer in western medicine. But if you look at oriental cultures, there are not only cures for infertility but also for cancer.
There are many meditation techniques etc that people use to treat cancer. In fact, the right kind of food habits and day to day life style can have a huge effect on whether your body wants to get pregnant or not. Just look at all the cases of cancer in the USA. Nowhere else in the world do we have such a lot of cases of cancer. I don’t know the statistics for infertility but looking at the problem of obesity, I’m pretty sure that we rank pretty high in the infertility index as well.
I don’t have infertility and I’m not trying to get pregnant, so I am not going to buy Pregnancy Miracle by Lisa Olson. However, I will not say that such oriental medicinal treatments are scams. If pregnancy miracle is a scam, I guess by now this website would be banned and fined and all that good stuff. But it isn’t, so there must be satisfied customers of pregnancy miracles.

Nice conversation going on there! This is what I have to say. Sure there are a lot of scams out there. But that doesn’t mean that Pregnancy Miracle book by Lisa Olson is a scam. If you look around there are people who even cured cancer by sticking to certain non-western medical treatments. As somebody else above said, long before western medicine was ‘found’ there were very rich indigenous medicinal systems available in the world, not just for simple things like wound healing but also for complex conditions like treating infertility or to expedite getting pregnant. This is why we can’t rule out the genuineness of pregnancy miracle. Again, as somebody above said, if pregnancy miracle was indeed a scam or something, the website would have already been taken down by the relevant authorities. I would assume even the infertility treatment council of America or whatever it self would take action against this book saying it’s a scam. But they haven’t done it. So I don’t see why we should point our fingers at this and say ‘it’s a scam!’

I am also sceptical about this Lisa Olson book. I don’t agree that if it did not work it would be banned. Anyone can write a book and sell it. There is nothing wrong or illegal in that. Whether it actually helps is another matter! The testimomnials could be just from people who just got pregnant naturally but believe it was the book that helped them rather than just mother nature. There’s always stories of people becoming pregnant naturally after being told that they never could. I beleive she is tapping into people desperation to make a fast buck. However, I also do beleive in the placebo effect. If peoples state of mind is changed into thinking they have a miracle cure then, quite often the body responds to this new found positivity of mind and the body follows suit. Who knows, it might actuall help!?!

I have just bought the E-book today. I am a Chinese. I am trying to translate/read the meaning of some of the difficult words with my chinese-english translator, but I failed. Because it’s a PDF file. The translator is only able to translate the words in MS word file, not PDF. So, I tried to convert the E-book into ‘word’ doc. But it needs a password. Can you help me? Otherwise, I have to look up many difficult words, one by one, with the dictionary, which takes time! And with the translator, I just place the mouse on the words that I do not know, and it shows the meaning in Chinese. Hope you can help me, or, it takes me very long time to read the book. Thank you!

I am a bit younger than what seems to be the average age looking into this book. I am about to turn 25, and my husband and I have been trying to concieve for two years. I have PCOS, and the gyno, whom everyone seems to say I should put my trust in put me on Metformin for the past 6 months, to regulate cycles. It gave me one menstral cycle for 4 weeks straight, that was a nightmare coming from someone who was lucky to get one for 4 days a year. I started researching and found that medications that gyno’s put you on seem to be dangerous to your body in the future. So I am weined off all medications besides my Thyroid medication that I have to take and I am ready to do this naturally no matter how hard it is. I came across this book and it seems to be aimed toward(S) an older group of woman, is this true or is this perfectly safe for someone my age. I too am skeptical I have put my trust in my gyno, and I have read many books and nothing seems to do anything for me. Also wondering if this book is easy to follow. And if there is anyone even here that can help me with the middle eastern medicine in Wisconsin.

Will someone comment that has actually used the methods in the book and been successful. I have seen all other comments, and am still skeptical, but hopeful. I have seen a few comments on ones who have just downloaded the book. And i have read the testimonials online for her website, but i am interested in someone just posting one. So i know it wasn’t her just throwing a testimonial on her website. Know what i mean…
I want to be pregnant, have many issues she mentions in the book. Even if it doesn’t help me get pregnant, maybe it will help with minstral cycles out of wack and diabetes health, and just being healthy. I look at it kind of like this. If the suggestions she gives aren’t harming me, than what the harm in trying some of them. idk.

I am (unfortunately) on OrthoTriCyclen Lo right now, but I want to have a baby within the next couple years. I’m in my late 20’s and come froma f amily in which the women have early fertility problems. My grandmothers on both sides had hyterectomies at an average age of 32, and my mom has a hell as well.
Will it help if I start living this way now? If so, I will order the book and start doing everything I can, to prepare for the wonderful day I can stop taking those pills and start having babies!

Hi there to all the woman that read these forums! I definately would not trust any books nor diets or none of those soo called fertility boosters!!!
I was told in my early twenties by a ob/gyn that I was infertile and that my falopian tubes where too narrow to even remotely consider a pregnancy,…well I believe in natural medicine and herbs…as my grand mother instructed me to do, I drank a herb called horses tail a treatment for 3 months, and it cleansed my uterus giving me some really heavy full blown periods. Guess what right in the 4th month the first try and that was it I got pregnant and got my daughter whom is 14 years of age,…after that we did the same process 6 years just to space out our kids age same thing again 3 months and the 4th month pregnant, and then the 3 one same thing! I have 3 healthy kids, I am a healthy woman, I do my check ups and it doesn’t have to do with any diets…honestly we need to embrace a variety of foods we eat and natural fats that is all and the occassional fast food doesn’t kill (once or twice a month) and if I too became a believer of the horses tail herb,…I have tried conceiving without it and it was a painful process, months go by without any luck! Motherhood is a wonderful experience in any woman’s life, no matter if you want to conceive at 18 or at 45 it is by choice…good luck ladies. I hope that what worked for me 3x works for you too!!!

I’ve had two etopic pregnancies which left me with no tubes. Would this book help me concieve a baby? I know that it states that “clogged or blocked tubes” are in the category but, what about no tubes? For years I’ve been longing for a baby and its going to cost us $20,000.00 to do IVF. Sunshine, if your fallopian tubes have been completely removed, Pregnancy Miracle cannot make you pregnant. Sorry, I will not tell you that the Pregnancy Miracle Book can make you pregnant. The fertilization between the sperm and the ovum happens inside the fallopian tubes. Also, they are what connects the ovaries and the womb. If there are no fallopian tubes, the ova and sperm simply won’t be able to naturally meet.
In case of a complete absence of fallopian tubes, the only way would be to get the fertilization to happen outside your body (in-vitro fertilization=IVF) and then to implant the pregnancy inside your womb.

I too, am skeptic. Is this really a scam, or genuine? My friend has been dealing with infertility for about 10 yrs. She’s pretty muched tried everything.
